Assistant Manager
Mapei Romania Team is searching for a new colleague:

• University degree;
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position;
• Good working skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
• Good command in English;
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
Job responsibilities:
• Organizing meetings, protocol;
• Travel management - organization of internal and external events (hotel reservations, team buildings, seminars, tiketing);
• Administrative services - organization (sorting, recording, dating, distribution) and drawing up correspondence;
• Archiving documents;
• Orders suppliers.
