Seven Palm Hotel & Apartments

Seven Palm is nestled on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, opposite Nakheel Mall and next to Dukes The Palm hotel; residents will be spoilt for choice with dining and entertainment options. Seven Palm offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Ocean, Marina skyline, the iconic Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Eye. A luxury hotel will be situated in the South tower of the Seven Palm project and the residences will be in the North tower. The towers are joined at the top by a stunning one-of-a-kind infinity pool, with food & beverage outlets catering to the wants and needs of residents and visitors alike. This project features studio, 1-, 2-and 3-bedroom residential apartments and studio and 1-bedroom hotel apartments. Apartments are sold furnished with luxury fittings and finishes complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows.

What was Mapei’s Role?

MAPEI supplied the car park flooring products to the project through applicator M/s Belhasa Projects. Mapei has provided an epoxy-based car park coating system per the project specifications requirement. The surface was first prepared using shot blasting and grinding. After the preparation, the surface repairs were done with ADESILEX PG2 TG, a-two component product based on epoxy resins, selected fine-grain aggregates, and special additives. After the repairs, MAPEFLOOR FC 200 ME, Two-component high-build epoxy resin coating was applied in 2 coats with QUARZO 0.5 - quartz sand to achieve anti slip finish as required. The total area of the application was 38,000 m2.
