The iconic Realtà Mapei magazine is going digital. A natural evolution of a project that has seen the publication of about 180 paper issues for more than 30 years and the creation of an international version in English back in 2001 followed by 14 local versions.
The idea of setting up a magazine to be used as a means of corporate communication tool came from Adriana Spazzoli, Marketing and Communication Director of Mapei until 2019. Since the first issue, published in 1991, Realtà Mapei has kept its readers up-to-date with all the latest news from the world of Mapei and the entire industry by publishing technical articles written by big names from the realms of building, design, and architecture.
Now, thanks to a joint project involving the magazine's editorial staff and digital team, Realtà Mapei is evolving so it can provide even better information about the company in a more complete and up-to-date way. A web magazine with new multimedia content featuring videos, photo galleries, and hypertext links that can be accessed from mapei.it website on all digital devices, including the international version, will supplement the printed magazine. Realtà Mapei will continue to be distributed free of charge on subscription with five issues a year dedicated to articles and features on topical subjects in the building industry, such as renovation, wall finishes, and concrete reparation.
To celebrate the launch of Realtà Mapei Magazine in conjunction with CERSAIE, an international event for the world of ceramics being held in Bologna from 25th-29th September, Mapei will have a special lounge at its stand (A8, hall 32) where the editorial staff will conduct interviews with Mapei experts and other guests.
