Mapei played a key role in this landmark project by supplying a range of advanced products tailored to the complex needs of the structure. Over 98,000 square meters of porcelain tiles were fixed using Adesilex P7, a high-performance adhesive known for its strength and reliability—especially vital in high-traffic zones. In more detailed applications, Kerabond T was used across 39,000 square meters to ensure precise and secure placement of small-format ceramic and porcelain tiles, highlighting the craftsmanship of the interior spaces.

Ensuring a perfect finish across the development, Ultracolor Plus grout was applied over 137,000 square meters, delivering not only a clean and polished appearance but also exceptional resistance to stains and chemicals—an essential quality for long-term maintenance and performance. In areas where movement and tension posed risks to the flooring system, the installation of Mapeguard UM 35, an anti-fracture and uncoupling membrane, provided an extra layer of protection over 5,220 square meters, preventing cracks and enhancing structural resilience.

Every material selected contributed to both the function and beauty of the space, reinforcing the project’s commitment to excellence from foundation to finish.
