Hamza Ouziame

Hamza Ouziame is currently a Sales Representative – Engineering and Architecture for MAPEI Inc. Hamza holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal. He provides support to engineers, architects and owners for the specification and field application of MAPEI products and systems related to structural strengthening, concrete repairs and injection solutions, industrial flooring, waterproofing and underground construction. As a certified MAPEI Technical Institute (MTI) instructor, he provides theoretical and practical training to engineers, architects and installers. Hamza is also a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), from which he received the "40 under 40" award in 2019. He is also a director in ICRI - Quebec Chapter, a member of Construction Specifications Canada (CSC), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Québec and East Ontario Chapter.

Luca Albertario

Luca Albertario has a BA and an MSCE from the University of Pavia (Italy), where he gained experience working with one of the most advanced centers of research on earthquake engineering (www.eucentre.it). There, he developed a software application for strengthening existing structures with MAPEI technologies. He is the Regional Product Manager at MAPEI for North America & Latin America. His international structural designer experience allows him to speak to the most innovative techniques for increasing the capacity of existing RC and masonry buildings, and for their seismic enhancing.
