High performance cementitious adhesive with no vertical slip and extended open time for ceramic tiles.

CLASSIFICATION

Meets the C2TE category of JC/T 547: enhanced (2), anti-slip (T), cement-based (C), extended open time (E) adhesive. Meets the technical requirements of environmental labeling products: HJ/T 2541; meets the three-star requirements of T/CECS 10048 "Green Building Material Evaluation Pre mixed Mortar"

WHERE TO USE

Interior and exterior bonding of ceramic tiles and mosaics on floors and walls. Also suitable for spot bonding of insulating materials such as expanded polystyrene,rock and glass wool,Eraclit®,sound deadening panels, etc.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Adesilex CP1 is a grey or white powder composed of cement,fine-aggregates,synthetic resins and special additives developed in the MAPEI Research and Development Laboratories.

A mortar with the following propeties is obtained when mixed with water:

✔easily workable;

✔highly thixotropic;

✔perfect adherence to all materials normally used in building;

✔hardens with minimal shrinkage;

✔extended open time.

CONSUMPTION

Bonding ceramic tiles

-Mosaics and small sizes in general(trowel n.4): 2 kg/㎡ .

-Normal sizes(trowel n.5): 2.5-3 kg/㎡ .

-Large sizesexterior floors (trowel n.6): 4 kg/㎡.
