WHERE TO USE
Fast setting bonding of resilient (rubber, PVC, linoleum, etc.), textile and needle-punch flooring on absorbent or non-absorbent substrates in the transportation equipment industry.
Suitable for outdoor and indoor application on floorings.
Adesilex G19 FR Fast complies with the requirements of EN 45545-2:2013 (“Requirements for fire behaviour of materials and components”) for the Hazard Levels HL1-HL2, requirements set R10.
Adesilex G19 FR Fast also meets the requirements of smoke-gas toxicity specified in the Chinese Standards TB/T3237:2010 and TB/T3139:2006.
Adesilex G19 FR Fast is suitable for use in ships and boats according to Marine Equipment Directive (M.E.D.) 96/98/EC and successive amendments.
CONSUMPTION
Consumption varies, depending on the evenness of the substrate, the type of floor covering backing, and the trowel used:
with MAPEI 1 trowel or TKB A1/A2: 400 to 500 g/m²;
with MAPEI 2 trowel or TKB B1, B2: 500 to 600 g/m²;
with MAPEI 3 trowel or TKB C1: 600 to 800 g/m².
