DESCRIPTION
Mapecrete LI Hardener VK major ingredients is a watery solution of modified lithium silicates for treating the surface of cementitious substrates. It penetrates into the porosity and chemically reacts with the free lime in the cementitious substrate to form a dense micro-structure which is chemically durable and resistant to abrasion. After polishing, floors treated with Mapecrete LI Hardener VK, are shinier, cleaner, dust-repellent and more resistant to staining and efflorescence.
WHERE TO USE
Mapecrete LI Hardener VK is suitable for new or old industrial and civil cementitious floors. It has the capacity of closing the porosity of the cementitious paste and, therefore, increasing the surface strength and durability of the floor.
Beyond better mechanical characteristics, cementitious floors treated with Mapecrete LI Hardener VK are more resistant to aesthetic defects, such as efflorescence and various types of stains.
This product is suitable for application on old floors to bring back shine, cleanliness and strength to the surfaces treated.

CONSUMPTION
0.2-0.4 kg/㎡ according to the level of porosity of the concrete.
Test a small area, especially on very damaged surfaces. Apply several coats to evaluate how much material is needed to consolidate the surface.

STORAGE
Mapecrete LI Hardener VK may be stored for up to 12 months in its original packaging in a dry area at a temperature between +5°C and +30°C.
