WHERE TO USE

Mapefloor I 900 CN is used as a fixing primer or adhesion promoter, or as a binder when mixing resin mortar with consistency similar to a mortar screed.

CONSUMPTION

Primer applied with a roller for resin coatings:

1-2 coats

Mapefloor I 900 CN 0.2-0.3 kg/m² per coat；

Primer and adhesion promoter for resin mortar:

Adhesive layer: Mapefloor I 900 CN 0.2-0.3 kg/m² ;

Binder for epoxy mortar: Mapefloor I 900 CN + Quartz 1.9* 0.15-0.17 kg/m² per mm of thickness +1.5-1.7 kg/m² per mm of thickness ;

* considering a filler rate of 1:10 in weight；

Sealer: Mapefloor I 900 CN 0.7-1kg/m² ;

The consumption rates above are for indication purposes only and are influenced by the condition of the surface to be treated,the roughness and absorbency of the substrate, the type of sand used to mix theepoxy mortar, the actual conditions on site, etc. We recommend carrying out preliminary tests with the quarts sand and relative filler rates that will actually be used on site.
