Mapei Enhanced Latex is a light blue, multipurpose synthetic-rubber latex with water -based color paste which can be applied on absorbent surfaces with good penetration. Once setting is done, the substrate is strengthened with good adhesion to prevent chalking problem. With good resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, resistance to temperature changes, anti-aging and resistance to chemical agents.
