Metlifecare is a provider of retirement villages all around New Zealand. This project is one such retirement village that is being built on land that was originally owned by the Pakuranga Golf Course and then sold to Metlifecare. It has views over the golf course and direct unfenced access via one of the fairways to the whole golf course. There is a mixture of various buildings comprising of 206, 2 and 3 bedroom units and 36 care beds . It sits on 3.4 hectares of land and has access driveways and community areas around the property. In this instance the client was required MBP to supply products to waterproof and tile all the bathrooms, ensuites, laundries and kitchens in these units and apartments. As well as the main reception areas and amenities. |
