Coca Cola - New Factory Auckland

Location icon Nouvelle-Zélande
When Coca Cola decided that they needed to build a new processing facility in Auckland to keep up with demand for their growing beverage range, they came to Mapei for the Industrial Flooring Solutions. The new facility was developed with a focus on quality, long-term performance and reduced environmental impact. Not surprisingly, the focus was also applied to the floors, and the challenge was to find a floor that could meet their rigorous performance expectations and be non-slip, non-tainting, non-dusting, microbiologically inert and easy to clean. The Architect and project engineers chose Mapefloor CPU DP for the drinks processing, packaging and mixing areas and Mapefloor System 34, a hardwearing solvent free epoxy coating for the warehousing areas. Coca Cola had previously installed Mapefloor industrial floors in its other facilities around New Zealand and the Pacific and the performance of these floors, together with its performance in other facilities made Mapefloor CPU/DP the obvious solution.
