Repair removal of tile and waterproofing of top floor, podium deck roofs over internal carparking.
Mapecoat I900 repair mortar, Mapeflex PU45 & Mapefoam backer rod for repairs to the nibs and rebates, and tray deck connections on the top side podium decks, roofs, and external carpark areas on grade. Waterproofing – Mapelastic Smart to the nibs and rebates floor wall connections, and main carpark roof / Deck areas. All areas to be re tiled. |
