One-component, water-based 100% polyurethane varnish with very low emission level of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and no NMP, highly resistant to wear and abrasion, for wooden floors. Suitable for floors subject to frequent pedestrian use.

Where to use:

Highly protective, wear and abrasion-resistant finish for solid and pre-sanded wooden floors and wooden floors requiring repair. Suitable for use in civil and commercial environments subject to high foot traffic.

Recommendations:

• Do not use Ultracoat Easy Plus at temperatures lower than +10°C.

• Do not use on external surfaces.

• Do not use as finishing coat on wooden floors subject to particularly intense foot traffic (public offices, shopping centres, airports, etc.).

• Use only clean containers and tools.

• On types of wood with a high content of extracts, we recommend checking that the product is compatible or applying

• Ultracoat Universal Base or Ultracoat Premium Base as first coat.

• Completely remove all traces of previous treatments in order to obtain an even finish.

• Protect treated surfaces from direct sunlight and draughts for the first 3 hours after application.

• Do not put leftover quantities of the product back into its original container.

• Once opened, the contents of each canister must be applied as quickly as possible. At high temperatures, we recommend diluting the product with 10% (Dir. 2004/42/ECC) clean water or with Ultracoat EL.

• Protect from frost. For transport at low temperatures, use vehicles with temperature-controlled units.
