MAPEGROUT 430 is a fine-textured, normal-setting, fibre-reinforced thixotropic mortar suitable for repairing concrete structures.
MAPEGROUT 430 offers the thirty-year experience of the Mapegrout line of mortars, which have always been used on major sites all around the world, but it is also the ideal choice for restoration work and for repairing concrete structures in general.
The product is particularly recommended for reintegrating sections of deteriorated members in concrete structures, repairing the edges of pillars and beams and the front of balcony decks and for smoothing over surface defects in concrete elements such as gravel clusters.
Mapegrout 430 meets the minimum requirements of EN 1504-3 for class R3 structural mortars.
The product may be applied manually with a traditional trowel or float or by spray with a suitable continuous-feed rendering machine.
