Sopro products have been used in a wide variety of major construction and renovation projects throughout Germany, ranging from office towers and railway stations to swimming pools, hospitals, and luxury resorts. This includes high-profile projects such as the FAZ Tower in Frankfurt, Berlin Südkreuz railway station, the Alster indoor pool in Hamburg, and the Roots residential complex in HafenCity.

FAZ Tower, Frankfurt

Built between 2020 and 2021, the FAZ Tower in Frankfurt will house the editorial office of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ), one of Germany's most important daily newspapers. Designed by Eike Becker Architekten, it comprises 18 floors and features a modern, functional design that optimises energy use, ventilation and thermal insulation. Sopro products were used for the waterproofing of substrates in the wet areas of kitchens and toilets and for the installation and grouting of ceramic tiles and stone slabs  (including arabesque marble) on floors and walls in various rooms totalling 10,000 m2.
Sopro's solutions were also selected because they are characterised by very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and certified EMICODE EC1Plus by GEV. In addition, they contributed to a rapid execution of the installation work.

Alster swimming pool, Hamburg

The Alster indoor swimming pool was reopened to the public last November after three years of renovation and extension work. The project involved the renovation of the historical building constructed in the 1960s with a restyling that optimised the brightness and functionality of the spaces. New features include an entrance that is also accessible to users with reduced mobility, a completely renovated 50-metre swimming pool, a fitness area and a sauna area. Sopro's products have been used inside the swimming pools for levelling and waterproofing the substrates and, around the pools, for laying large and extra-large tiles.

It offers a wide range of medical and specialist services and is known for its excellence in surgery, oncology, neurology and internal medicine.
