Fast-setting adhesive system for ceramic tiles and natural stones
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Keraquick SP is a two-component adhesive composed of a special grey binder mix (Part A) and a liquid latex (Part B). Keraquick SP is particularly fast-setting with rapid hydration so that tiled areas are ready for foot traffic 3 hours after laying and completely cured after 24 hours. Keraquick SP has excellent thixotropic and bonding properties that make the product suitable for most substrates. Its shrinkage-control and mechanical characteristics make the product resistant to impact, vibration, temperature changes, aging and diluted chemical agents.
COVERAGE • mosaics and small size tiles (trowel #4): 2.5-3 kg/m2 • normal size tiles (trowel #5): 3.5-4 kg/m2 • large size tiles and tiles with profiled ribs and lugs, or on uneven substrates (trowel #6, 10 or larger): 5-8 kg/m2 or more
PACKING Keraquick SP is available in 25.2 kg pack: Part A: 20 kg bags and Part B: 5.2 kg drums.
