Features
A 40-mil, lightweight, peel-and-stick membrane for crack isolation and sound mitigation


Advantages
Installs faster than membranes with 1-piece liners; easy to position on the floor and cut to size; lower build height when compared to traditional 1/4" (6 mm) cork
Benefits
Peel-and-stick feature saves contractors time on the job



Mapesonic 2

Finished Flooring
Ceramic tile, stone, glue-down wood flooring and LVT/LVP

Features
A 76-mil, lightweight, peel-and-stick membrane for crack isolation and sound mitigation
Advantages
Installs similarly to Mapeguard 2 but with better sound-mitigating properties
Benefits
Peel-and-stick feature saves contractors time on the job

Mapesonic RM

Finished Flooring
Depending on thickness
– Ceramic tile, stone, glue-down/floated wood flooring and LVT/LVP

Features
A rubber underlayment made from recycled tires available in 3 thicknesses (2 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm), requiring adhesive to bond to substrate
Advantages
Relatively inexpensive and scores points for diverting used tires from going into landfills

Mapecontact SRT

Finished Flooring
Resilient and wood flooring




Features
A double-sided, lightweight, foam-core, dry-film tape that serves as a high moisture barrier with sound-reduction properties; does not require a primer
Advantages
Ready for instant use; no waiting for adhesives to cure and no subfloor moisture testing required

Saves contractor on material cost and labor vs. systems that require priming and an underlayment


Ultrabond ECO 985

A trowel-on, single-step, hybrid-polymer-based wood-flooring adhesive with sound-reduction and moisture-control properties; doesn’t require a primer
