PROCLASSIC FIRE LEVEL

Profiles for floors of equal height

Proclassic Fire Level is a range of stainless steel AISI 316 profiles designed to be installed at the base of fire-rated doors or any door that requires a non-combustible transition element. With a thickness of 2.5 mm, it is intended to be positioned during the flooring installation to ensure a seamless, level connection with resilient floor coverings.

  • Threshold made of AISI 316 stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to the main chemical agents
  • High melting temperature of the threshold (1350 °C, in line with REI-rated steel doors; aluminium melts at 660 °C)
  • Perfect flush alignment between the threshold and resilient flooring with a thickness of 2.0 mm
  • Countersunk hole for solid mechanical anchoring with plug and Torx screw at threshold level
  • Maintains level alignment between floors in adjacent rooms
  • In case of damage, the threshold can be removed and replaced with a new one of the same dimensions
  • At end of life, Proclassic Fire Level can be returned to the production cycle as an active compound for the manufacturing of new steel (FE 40, EWC code 170405)
