PROCLASSIC FIRE TOP

Profiles for floors of equal height

Proclassic Fire Top is a line of profiles made of AISI 316 stainless steel, designed to be used as a threshold for fire doors and all doors that require a non-combustible threshold. With a thickness of 2 mm, Proclassic Fire Top is engineered to be installed over existing flooring, whether resilient, textile, or pre-installed wood, including self-laying types, as long as they are not click-lock systems.

  • Can be installed on existing resilient, textile, or wooden flooring (as long as it is not click-system) placed beneath the REI fire-rated door, using the supplied plugs and Torx screws
  • Threshold made of AISI 316 stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to the main chemical agents
  • High melting temperature of the threshold (1350 °C, in line with REI-rated steel doors; aluminium melts at 660 °C)
  • Countersunk hole for solid mechanical anchoring with plug and Torx screw at threshold level
  • Thanks to its profiled shape with guiding edges, it minimizes the impact of wheels during the passage of trolleys, stretchers, etc.
  • In case of damage, the threshold can be removed and replaced with a new one of the same dimensions
  • At end of life, Proclassic Fire Top can be returned to the production cycle as a compound for the production of new steel (FE 40, EWC code 170405)
