Super-plasticizer based on modified acrylic polymers for precast concrete

Where to use
Dynamon SG40 is particularly suitable to precast concrete (e.g. concrete segments for tunnelling) and wherever there is need for a very strong water reduction. Due to the early strength using Dynamon SG40 it is possible to avoid steam curing, even in very low ambient temperatures. The main application of Dynamon SG40 for concrete are:
– Manufacturing precast reinforced beams with a high level of workability.
– Manufacturing cladding panels with a high level of workability, a very refined surface and excellent appearance.
Concrete for segmental tunnel lining.

Dosage
0.8-2 l per 100 kg of cement.
