MAPELASTIC TURBO is a two-component, quick-drying, elastic cementitious mortar, including at low temperatures and on substrates that are cured but not perfectly dry.
Together with other accessory products, MAPELASTIC TURBO is the only system of its kind on the market because it allows a balcony or terrace to be waterproofed in very little time, reducing disruption to clients and making the work of installers much more efficient.
MAPELASTIC TURBO is simple to prepare and use. When the two components are mixed together, they form a free-flowing mix that is easy to apply with a trowel or roller. Thanks to the high quality of its components the hardened layer of MAPELASTIC TURBO, just 2 mm thick, maintains its elasticity in all environmental conditions.
In addition, MAPELASTIC TURBO forms a very strong bond with every type of surface such as concrete, cementitious screeds, ceramic and marble, as long as they are sound and sufficiently clean, which means MAPELASTIC TURBO is just as perfect on new structures as it is on existing ones.
And lastly, MAPELASTIC TURBO is resistant to rain after just a few hours, depending on surrounding conditions, and the final coating may be applied after a very short time.
MAPELASTIC TURBO is certified EN 1504-2 for repairing, maintaining and protecting concrete structures and EN 14891 as a waterproofing product applied under wall and floor coverings.
