By downloading and/or using “Mapeshield Software Design” (the “Software”), the user accepts the terms of this contract. If these terms are not accepted, the Software must not be installed and/or downloaded. The Software remains the property of Mapei S.p.A. and is protected by law, including international treaties. The Software is not sold but provided for licensed use only. Transferring, leasing, publishing or distributing the Software in any form is forbidden. The Software is aimed at professionals from the sector of use and the results must be verified independently prior to use. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the products are only used, in compliance with the results, after evaluating the specific application conditions where they are used and in conformity with current applicable norms and standards and product data sheets. The Software is provided for use "as is" and its use is at the exclusive risk of the user. Mapei does not provide any guarantee, either implicit or explicit, regarding the Software. Mapei cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise from the installation or use of the Software, including indirect damages arising from a loss in profit, special damages, accidental damages or punitive damages. Mapei S.p.A. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of use. The user must remove the Software whenever these new licence conditions are not accepted. This contract is subject to Italian law.
