The house is a semi-urban agricultural structure that was transformed into the Neoclassical style in the 1850s. Stone from the region was used in the building, and the floors and ornamental elements of the structure give the house warmness and elegance.
The house is a semi-urban agricultural structure that was transformed into the Neoclassical style in the 1850s. Stone from the region was used in the building, and the floors and ornamental elements of the structure give the house warmness and elegance. After removing the old and damaged flattening, the following process was the consolidation of the joints in the masonry with Vitruvio Repello. The next step was the anchoring flattening with Vitruvio Repello Base at 1.5 cm thickness. The second layer was placed with Vitruvio Fine Finish at 1.5 cm thickness. Finally, the Silancolor System was applied: Primer, Base and White Paint. Only Mapei lime base products, and the MapeAntique line were applied. It is important to highlight the care installation on the volcanic stone, tezontle, and clay floor coverings. In fact, there was a previous selection of these floor coverings considering their brightness and intensity of color to combine them properly with the natural stones.
