El Hotel Alga tenía un problema con la degradación de la Pérgola de viguetas de hormigón situada en la terraza de acceso a los jardines. Se habían hecho intervenciones de pintura y reparación pero desafortunadamente con elección de materiales erróneos y mano de obra poco cualificada.

Se decide hacer una reparación duradera y después de preparar el soporte demoliendo el hormigón degradado se pasiva las armaduras con MAPEFER 1K y se recuperan los volúmenes con PLANITOP RASA & RIPARA. Debido a la salinidad del ambiente dado su emplazamiento de decide impermeabilizar la estructura con MAPELASTIC SMART y revestirla con ELASTOCOLOR PITTURA para darle el color blanco que exigía el proyecto (previamente al imprimador ELASTOCOLOR PRIMER).
