"설명" La rehabilitación del edificio del Palacio de Justicia de La Rioja ha planteado destinar la totalidad de la parcela para uso judicial, conservar el bloque norte del antiguo Hospital Militar en la calle Murrieta y construir un edificio funcional que garantice las necesidades presentes y futuras de la justicia riojana. También era objetivo del proyecto revitalizar esta zona de la ciudad, dotándola de un gran espacio para uso público.
