Befitting the high standards of this prestigious hotel, top of the range marble tiles were chosen for the interiors and the designers/project managers wanted proven, high-performance adhesives from a reliable supplier for the installation works. With The St Regis Singapore as an impressive project reference, Mapei adhesives were tested on the selected drywall boards and passed with excellent results. Finally, MAPEI adhesives and grout were used for installing the marble coverings for all the hotel’s 208 bathroom floors & walls, vanity tops, bathtub ledges and walls. The total covered area was 22,000m2. |
