Stella is a 5 star hotel chain which combines low profile with hi quality services and accommodation. During 2017 a new entity was added to the already existing STELLA PALACE RESORT and STELLA VILLAGE hotels. The new born baby of STELLA’s company, being a 5star hotel itself, redefines in every aspect the word Luxurious! Its name is STELLA ISLAND Luxury Suites and Spa. The main architectural concept behind its name is that every single one of the rooms has either direct access or oversees the big swimming pool–lagoon like complex which works as an axle with all building structures “dancing” around it! The place is ideal for honeymooners and loving couples. Everybody can get social or find their own private spot in the huge area around the swimming pool. The hotel offers a full pack of services like Spa for relaxation and rejuvenation, all kinds of watersports, scuba diving, cycling, horse riding, and tennis, fitness center with yoga and TRX lessons and even personal training services. One of its big surprises is the International Cuisine Restaurant which is located over the pool with a wooden external deck and it offers a gourmet buffet with a wide variety of dishes. However it is the Al A Cart Restaurant that has already created a reputation of its own for the special fish dishes served directly to the table! There are five different types of rooms to choose from. The Island Villas are an independent accommodation facility each with their own pool and are considered to be the hotels most prestigious areas. The Over Water Bungalows along with the Luxury Swim rooms are posed above the water allowing guests to dive into the pool immediately upon exiting to their verandah. Finally the Premium Pool view and Luxury Double View rooms are located on the upper floor of the complex offering magnificent view of the tropical surroundings and of the “lagoon” pool complex itself. Mapei was by definition the choice of the hotels ownership during construction in the following fields: All Bungalows and Premium Rooms have tropical wooden flooring which was installed using the one component polyurethane adhesive ULTRABOND P990 1K over a well prepared substrate with the self-leveling compound ULTRAPLAN ECO20. The Glass Mosaic in the pools and the gres tiles in the Luxurious Rooms were all installed using the high quality one component cementitious adhesive KERAFLEX MAXI S1 and then were adequately grouted with the easy to use and clean epoxy product KERAPOXY CQ.
