We at Mapei understand the serious threat of COVID-19 and have taken steps to comply with local government recommendations at our facilities around the world.

Here in the UK, our office-based employees involved in technical services, finance, marketing, HR, administration and customer services are now all working from home and remain fully operational and contactable by phone and email to support our customer base. 

Our external sales and specification teams are also working from home in order to comply with government advice. While meetings and visits have been suspended, these teams are also fully contactable by phone, email and skype for customer support.

Training at Mapei Academy has been postponed until later in the year and we will keep delegates informed of the new timetable once confirmed.

In order to minimise disruption to our customers, manufacturing in the UK continues. The strictest measures have been implemented within our production facility and two warehouses in order to keep our on-site personnel in these areas as safe as possible, these include working at distance and no contact between shifts.   

We thank our customers for their understanding, and we are committed to ensuring our service is as efficient as possible at this time in line with ongoing recommendations from the British Government.
