Mapei returns to FutureScape 2025 this autumn with a lively programme of sustainable product presentations and demonstrations at Stand no. F32. With a focus on external paving and roofing, spotlight products will include Ultracolor Plus and Kerapoxy Easy Design grouts, MapePave mortar system and Profilpas pedestals. Polyglass green roofing and UltraCare tile maintenance solutions will also join the Mapei mix at the event which is hosted at ExCeL London on 7-8 October.

Promoting a fast, safe application, Ultracolor Plus and Kerapoxy Easy Design are both ideal for external tile installations. Ultracolor Plus, from the Zero Line*, is a quick setting/drying water-repellent cementitious mortar – with CO2 fully offset in the entire lifecycle – whilst Kerapoxy Easy is a high performance epoxy grout. Both are mould-resistant and have EMICODE: EC1 Plus-certified formulations, with very low VOC’s.

For year-round installations, MapePave comprises a fast-track slurry, mortar and brush-in grout ideal for 20mm porcelain and natural stone. The system provides normal setting and controlled shrinkage for fast-drying bedding and installation; joints can receive light foot traffic after 24 hours and are fully-hardened after 7 days. Meanwhile, Mapei’s Profilpas presentation will include adjustable pedestal systems for raised outdoor paving and, for Polyglass, its two main roof waterproofing systems: a prefabricated distillate polymer bitumen membrane and prefabricated FPO/TPO membrane (flexible polyolefin).

Mapei’s UltraCare treatments complete the showcase, providing solutions to protect pavers before and after installation, and to keep surfaces clean and safe. Treatments are formulated for all types of tile, from sandstone to external grade porcelain, and many also form part of Mapei’s Zero Line*.
