Vibromix N1 is a water inducing admixture for use in the production of vibro compacted concretes. It is an aqueous polymer dispersion and allows the additon of additonal mixing water without the final product showing signs of slumping or sagging. The benefits of including extra water in the production of vibro compacted concrete can result in an improved hydration efficiency of cement and a denser surface finish.
Occasionally it may be required to use aggregates that have a high moisture content, meaning that it can be difficult to control the total content of the concrete batch. Vibromix N1 can allow excess water to be managed so that dimensionally stable units are still produced.
An additional benefit of Vibromix N1 is the improved hydration efficiency of cement, allowing the final product to achieve higher strengths.
