At the One Tower Shopping Center, ULTRATOP, a self-levelling, ultra-quick hardening mortar with special hydraulic binders, applied at thicknesses between 5 and 40 mm was applied on the epoxy-based primer PRIMER SN to create abrasion resistant floors. After the polishing treatments, ULTRATOP STUCCO, a mortar with special hydraulic binders was applied over the surface to cover the exposed pinholes. As the final steps, abrasion resistant, aliphatic, highly elastic finish MAPEFLOOR FINISH 54 W was applied as the topcoat and control joints were sealed with MAPEFLEX PU 40, a paintable polyurethane sealant with a low modulus of elasticity. |
