Set retarding superplasticiser for concrete

WHERE TO USE

Mapefluid N100/KSA allows to achieve an high workability of concrete (class of consistence S4 and S5 according to EN 206-1) without any further addition of water. Mapefluid N100/KSA makes easier the concrete to work and mechanical properties are improved when concrete is hardened. Mapefluid N100/KSA is suitable in all that applications where the retardation of setting time is required. The main field of applications are:

• ready-mixed concrete;

• pumped concrete;

• mass concrete

CONSUMPTION

Dosage by weight: from 0.5% to 2.0% for each 100 kg of cement. Different dosage from those suggested must be previously tested through concrete trials in addition to consulting MAPEI S.p.A. Technical Services Departement.

PACKAGING

Mapefluid N100/KSA is available in bulk, in 200 l drums and in 1,000 l tanks.
