El hotel Las Terrazas, se amplió con la construcción de un edificio anexo, en el año 2017-2018. En esta obra de ampliación se ejecutó el sistema de SATE MAPETHERM. Debido a diferentes patologías, ajenas a nuestro sistema, que han aparecido en la obra, el sate existente se tiene que reparar.
