Application	Ultratop Loft and wood are used as main interior design elements to create a harmonious blend of nature and contemporary design. ULTRATOP LOFT for the FLOORS: As the first step, Primer SN was used for the priming application of the hotel rooms, bathrooms and the restaurant floors. While Primer SN application was still fresh sandblasting was done with Quartz 0.5, which was then followed by the removal of any excess parts once the application was completely dry. Once the substrate was suitable, Ultratop Loft W, mixed with Ultratop Color Paste (Black), was applied on the floors homogenously for a smooth & uniform finish. ULTRATOP LOFT for the WALLS: Eco Prim Grip was used as a primer on the walls of the hotel rooms, bathrooms and the restaurant. Once hardened, Ultratop Loft W, mixed with Ultratop Color Paste (Black), was applied on the walls homogenously for a smooth & uniform finish. FINISHING of ULTRATOP LOFT: When all Ultratop Loft applications on both the floors and on the walls were completed, surfaces in the showers were treated with Mapefloor Finish 53 W while Mapefloor Finish 630 was used as the protective finishing coat on the remaining application areas. FURNISHINGS with ULTRATOP LOFT: All seats in the restaurant made with aerated-concrete construction elements, the reception desk, bed bases, night tables and all bathroom counters were also coated with Ultratop Loft W, contributing to the “harmonious” atmosphere intended for the design.
