Dovendo ristrutturare l’edificio dalle numerose lesioni presenti sull’intonaco, in collaborazione con il Direttore Tecnico Arch. Fiorenza abbiamo suggerito l’ impiego di una rasatura altamente elastica per contenere i difetti dati dall’eccessiva rigidità dell’intonaco esistente.
Dopo aver effettuato alcune verifiche e ripristinato le porzioni in C.A. con il Mapegrout Tissotropico, Mapegrout Rapido e Rasa e Ripara R4, con la D.L. abbiamo scelto l’ impiego di Mapetherm Flex RP 0,5mm armato con Mapenet 150 (scelta dalla D.L.) da rifinire con l’ Elastocolor Tonachino Plus 1,2mm velato con Colorite Performance.
