Application	Resin floors application The clients contacted the architect as they liked another bungalow in the development that the architect designed years ago. The house’s design is following on sustainable design principles. The natural cement finish for the flooring was used in order to be in-line with the natural and simplicity theme of the design. The architect contacted Mapei on the project, and the product Ultratop was proposed to them. Ultratop is a self-levelling product in powder which can obtain the natural cement finish as required by the architect. Also, it is high in its mechanical strength and high resistant to abrasion.
