Protective self-levelling epoxy coating for industrial flooring. Mapefloor I 30 SL is a self-levelling epoxy coating for the protection of concrete industrial flooring subject to chemical aggression and abrasion stress due to forklift or rubber tyre traffic in general. Mapefloor I 30 SL may be used as an epoxy paint or, after adding Quartz 0.25, to create abrasion resistant coatings with variable thicknesses from 2 to 5 mm. It is recommended to add Quartz 0.25, for flooring subject to medium loads (e.g. parking spaces, shops, garages, warehouses, etc. ). For an antislip effect, spread Quartz 0.25 over the surface while Mapefloor I 30 SL is still wet. Add Quartz 0.25 1:1 by weight to Mapefloor I 30 SL. Before applying Mapefloor I 30 SL, impregnate the surface with Primer MF. Colour: RAL 7032 available. Other colours are available on request for quantities above 300 kg. Consumption – used as a paint: 500-700 g/m2 per coat; – loaded with 100% Quartz 0.25: 1.6 kg/m2 per 1 mm of thickness (0.800 kg/m2 of Mapefloor I 30 SL 0.800 kg/m2 of Quarzo 0.25).
