Pot life at +20°C: 41 minutes. Dusty dry: 2-4 hours. Set to light foot traffic: 24 hours. Final hardening time: 7 days. Elongation (DIN 53504): approx. 180%. Shore A hardness after 28 days: 89. Storage: 12 months in its original sealed packaging. Application: smooth or notched trowel. Consumption: 1. As an intermediate layer in the MAPEFLOOR PARKING SYSTEM: MAPEFLOOR PU 410 + MAPECOLOR PASTE: 1.0 kg/m² with QUARTZ 0.25: 0.3 kg/m²; sprinkling of quartz 0.1-0.5 mm: 4.0 kg/m². 2. As a multi-layered, flexible, non-slip coating layer (1.5-3 mm): MAPEFLOOR PU 410 + MAPECOLOR PASTE: 0.9 kg/m² with QUARTZ 0.5: 0.27 kg/m²; sprinkling of quartz 0.1-0.5 mm on fresh product: 3.0 kg/m². 3. As a flexible, self-levelling layer (2-3 mm): MAPEFLOOR PU 410 + MAPECOLOR PASTE + QUARTZ 0.25: 4.0 kg/m². Packaging: 19.2 kg kits (A + B).
