Where to use Mapequick 069 FFG is suitable for application by both wet-mix and dry-mix spraying system and, thanks to its acceleration properties and absence of alkali, it is particularly suitable for spraying high quality concrete which has high strength after a very short (0-60 min.), short (60 min.-24 hours) or long (> 24 hours) curing time. Mapequick 069 FFG, however, does not only act on the hydration of the silicates present in the cement to give a quick setting time, but it also leads to the concrete developing a high level of strength after only a few minutes of it being applied and practically eliminates the reduction in resistance after long curing times compared with the same concrete with no accelerator. Mapequick 069 FFG, thanks to the absence of alkali, reduces the risk of alkali-aggregate reactions. Mapequick 069 FFG is suitable for grouts and concrete application even in presence of water during the tunnelling operations. In fact Mapequick 069 FFG maintains its setting times and mechanical strength development although the water presence. As a result, Mapequick 069 FFG reduces the risk of clogging when draining off water.
Consumption Dosage in weight: from 3 to 8 kg per 100 kg of cement.
Packaging Mapequick 069 FFG is supplied in 278 kg drums and 1390 kg tanks. Bulk quantities are also available upon request.
