MAPEPLAST PMX

Admixture for enhancing the pumpability of concrete

Mapeplast PMX is a liquid admixture that substantially improves the pumpability of concrete made with low cement factor, or lacking-fine and very fine-particle aggregate, and reduces segregation and surface bleeding.

Because of its special formulation, Mapeplast PMX makes the cementitious mixture highly cohesive allowing the production of lean, pumpable concrete without segregation, even of fluid or superfluid consistency (consistency class S4 and S5 according to EN 206-1). Mapeplast PMX is especially recommended for:

preparing pumpable concrete with less than 250 kg/m3 of cement;
preparing concrete without segregation using aggregates containing no fine and very fine particles;
preparing concrete with discontinuous grading of aggregates;
preparing super-fluid concrete without surface bleeding.

TECHNICAL DATA:
Dosage by weight: 0.2-0.6 kg every 100 kg of cement.
Dosage by volume: 0.2-1.6 L every 100 kg of cement.
Packaging: 200 L steel drums and 1000 L tanks. Also in bulk upon request.
