RE-CON ZERO PUMP

A two-component powder product used to completely recover concrete residues from concrete pumping trucks

Re-Con Zero Pump is a two-component powder product made from special polymers and inorganic composites which allows to completely and quickly recover concrete residues from concrete pumping trucks. Re-Con Zero Pump transforms concrete residues into an aggregate that, once cured, may be used as follows:

to partially replace natural aggregates for normal concrete;
to completely replace natural aggregates for lean concrete, substrates, mixed cements, etc.

Aggregates produced with Re-Con Zero Pump are considered reclaimed aggregates in accordance with Article 5.2.3.3 of EN 206. Treating concrete with Re-Con Zero Pump does not generate waste or by-products, such as rinsing water or fines, because the process allows the cementitious conglomerate to be completely recovered.

PACKAGING: Is available in drums, each containing doses for 12 tanks of concrete pumping trucks containing concrete residues to treat:
- Re-Con Zero Pump Part A (blue bag): 12 x 0.18 kg packs
- Re-Con Zero Pump Part B: 12 x 0.5 kg packs
STORAGE: 24 months in a dry area in its original, unopened packaging.
