Accelerating plasticising admixture for extruded or dry-cast concrete

VIBROMIX L2 is an accelerating plasticising admixture for concrete with dry consistency.

Vibromix L2 increases the compaction of the concrete when vibrated. Its plasticising action, together with its accelerating effect, allows manufactured components to be made using the vibro-compression and extrusion technique, even at low temperatures, with improved performance, such as mechanical strength and indirect tensile strength even after short curing times. Thanks to the reduced water absorption, the components are more durable and have higher resistance to abrasion.

Vibromix L2 does not excessively modify the rheology of the fresh concrete and may be introduced into the production cycle without taking any particular precautions.

Suitable for the production of:

vibro-compressed components, such as blocks, self-locking pieces, single-layer components, kerbs, man-holes, etc.
extruded, dry cast precast beams and reinforced pipes
