Het ontwerp is gemaakt door het Nederlandse Athletic Skills Model (ASM). ASM introduceerde de Schijf van 10! De wetenschappelijk en praktisch onderbouwde Schijf van 10! bestaat uit tien grondvormen van bewegen die gezamenlijk belangrijk zijn voor een veelzijdige ontwikkeling.
