PLASTIMUL 2K REACTIVE

Two-component, solvent-free, eco-compatible, highly-flexible, rapid-drying, instant bitumen waterproofing emulsion, applied by airless spray.

Consistency: liquid.
Mixing ratio: A : B = 10 : 1.
Density comp. A: 1 kg/dm_³.
pH comp. A: 11.5-12.5.
pH comp. B: 6.5-8.5.
Storage: 6 months.
Application temperature range: from +5°C to +30°C.
Resistance to rain (DIN 52461): immediate.
Complete drying time: approx. 2 days.
Resistance to water (DIN EN ISO 2812-2): no discolouring of the water or visible change to the film.
Resistance to heat (DIN 52123): ≥ +70°C.
Crack-bridging at +4°C (DIN 28052-6): ≥ 2 mm.
Elongation at failure (DIN 53504): > 800%.
Consumption: 1 kg/m_² per mm of thickness.
Packaging:

component A: 30 kg drums and 1000 kg tanks;
component B: 25 kg tanks.
