Mapefloor I 357 ESD [NA]

Two-Component, Conductive/Dissipative Epoxy Coating for Industrial Floors

Mapefloor I 357 ESD [NA] is a two-component, epoxy resin electrostatic discharge (ESD) coating. As part of the Mapefloor ESD system, this topcoat is customizable to meet conductive or dissipative ranges of resistivity, as per ANSI S20.20 standards for reliable ESD protection for industrial floors. Mapefloor I 357 ESD [NA] includes conductive nanoparticles that increase the surface area’s conductivity, aiding in the rapid discharge of static electricity.
  • Protects devices sensitive to ESD
  • Protects and safeguards human life in industrial environments with a high risk of ESD
  • Excellent adhesion
  • Excellent corrosion resistance
  • Excellent chemical resistance
  • Excellent functionality
  • Excellent surface resistivity
  • Reliable resistivity measurements are obtained when testing in accordance with industry standards.
  • Obtainable in the dissipative range (1.0 x 106 to 1.0 x 109) ohms per ANSI/ESD S7.1/ASTM F-150
  • Obtainable in the conductive range (2.5 x 104 to 1.0 x 106) ohms per ANSI/ESD S7.1/ASTM F-150 when installed together with Primer W-AS N™ [NA]
