Mr Seow Aik Guan, the Managing Director, welcomed a group of 30 representatives from Chin Lai Hardware to a product training programme conducted by Mapei’s Technical Service team. Participants were briefed on Mapei ‘s global presence as a trusted name and a leading player in construction chemical solutions for the building and construction industry.
Held at the modern Nilai plant’s well-equipped training centre, the training covered products for tiling installations, concrete repairs and waterproofing. Classroom discussions of material properties and characteristics were followed by demos and hands-on trials for the attendees to gain direct practical experience of the products.
The training programme is part of Mapei’s continuing commitment and effort to ensure that it’s customers are given correct recommendations and solutions befitting their needs.
