Technical Service Executive

Job Description

  • To assist the sales team in providing technical assistance to customers on product application and system detailing. 
  • To conduct product/system application demonstration and training for the various industry stakeholders. 
  • To prepare product samples and mock-ups for training and exhibition purposes. 
  • To conduct field trials for new products in accordance to prescribed processes and accurate reporting of trial findings/results. 
  • To attend to site investigations and subsequently report accurate findings including remedial actions to be taken. 


Education/experiences required

  • Hands-on experience in the application of similar products/systems, including a good understanding of surface preparation and treatment.
  • A good understanding of the construction process of buildings and structures. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia would be an advantage. 
Senior Sales Executive Insulation

Job Description

  • To execute and implement sales action plans, track & monitor its development, ensure growth objectives and sales target are met.
  • To retain and further develop existing accounts, to develop new accounts, and continuously expand market penetration with full range product solutions. 
  • To have strong contacts with industry stakeholders, i.e. architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, project owners, main contractors and specialist applicators.  
  • To be able to understand customers’ requirements clearly and device matching product/system solutions for Waterproofing and Insulation systems. 
  • To gather market intelligence and provide accurate market feedback to the team. 
  • To manage debtors aging and ensure timely collection; to prepare monthly sales report. 


Desired experiences/education/skillsets

  • 3 – 5 years sales experience in similar market field.  
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Ability to present to a large audience. 
  • Relevant tertiary education is an added advantage but not a requirement.
