The Ultratop Loft and Ultratop Terrazzo cementitious flooring systems were officially launched in Malaysia on 17 June 2016 at the Saujana Hotel.
Ms Giovanna Novella, a licensed architect with professional practising experience, currently attached to the Resinflooring Division in MAPEI SpA-Italy, was here to lend her assistance to the team from MAPEI Malaysia. Her presentation to a group of architects, designers, facility owners and contractors covered system properties and characteristics, installation methods, design possibilities and application case studies.
Participants were then led to the outdoor carpark area where they were treated to live demonstrations of installation steps and techniques, the use of colours, tones, textures and trowelling sweeps for artistic effect, and concluding with finishing treatments.
The event ended with lunch served by the Charcoal Restaurant.
