Se trata de una comunidad de propietarios en Blanes, con un ambiente marino, donde tenían como acabado de fachadas un monocapa muy afectado por algas- líquenes y moho. En un inicio la comunidad valoró la opción del recubrimiento térmico por el exterior, pero finalmente al ser una obra relativamente nueva y bien aislada, se optó finalmente por sustituir los acabados de revestimiento finales de fachadas arreglar las fachadas y no instalar un aislamiento térmico exterior.
